The cost of a website differs, depending on the type of website you need. We offer small business website packages, starting at just £149 for a 2 page template based website but for a bespoke design the cost will vary from website to website, therefore please contact us with your requirements and we’ll provide you with a personalized no-obligation quotation.
Yes. We usually request a deposit of 25% before beginning new projects . The balance is due on completion of the project unless otherwise agreed. If the total cost of the project is over £500 and the website is hosted with AJM Web Designs then we can offer interest free monthly payment instalments.
Our preferred method of payment is direct bank transfer (BACS) however we also accept cheques. Payment details are included on our invoices.
If you are interested in one of our packages then we need to know which template you would like to base your website on. If you need a bespoke design then make sure you provide examples of websites similar to the style of website you might be after. We also need to know if you have a domain name already, your full postal address, business detail, your logo (if you have one) and the content material i.e. textual content and images you would like to include on the website. We are able to purchase stock images on your behalf to be used on the website if needed.
No. To help to keep our costs minimal we usually do not arrange a face-to-face meeting however we are very happy to discuss the website and answer any specific questions you might have by telephone and email, we can also arrange a remote computer session when necessary (which means remotely connecting to your computer). 99% of our websites are completed fully using email and telephone, this allows us to provide a much faster turnaround time to you as we are able to spend more time in the office developing and much less time travelling.
No, everything we do is 100% in-house, so we have complete control.
Yes. All we ask is the right to post screenshots along with a description of your website in our portfolio. We also include the phrase “Another AJM Web Designs Website” at the bottom of each page of your website.
This largely depends upon what exactly is involved, along with how soon you, as the client, can provide us with the necessary documents, for example textual material and images. A basic brochure website could be up and running in 1 or 2 weeks. More complex projects could take longer. When we understand your exact requirements, we will send you an agreement with a realistic end date. We realize that project deadlines are extremely important, we will always do our best to meet them.
